Probably a bit pricey but a really cool renovated school, and perfectly situated between downtown and Radio Social. Just 1.5 miles from Radio Social. Close to a bunch of great food and coffee options.

Under 5 miles from Radio Social. Close to some cool parks (Channing H. Philbrick Park and Corbett's Glen Nature Park)

Just over 4 miles from Radio Social. In the thick of Pittsford shopping area, so traffic can get a bit heavy. But really close to Pittsford (Super) Wegmans, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes. And still really close to Brighton and downtown.
